All merchandise has a 1 year warranty with the exception of items below.

BLUEANT
BlueAnt tech support line: 1 866 891 3032

 

All BlueAnt Bluetooth products continue to carry a 2 year end user warranty from the date of customer purchase.  The end user must call the Blue Ant technical support line (1 866 891 3032) and deal directly with BlueAnt.
BlueAnt will diagnose all issues and resolve all consumer warranty issues that arise directly.

iGrip

All iGrip products have a 5 year warranty.

Headsets are non refundable once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

If you are experiencing a problem with your merchandise, please email info@wecellsolutions and provide name, address, email, type of device and problem. You will be provided with a RA number to include when package is shipped to our service department. Customer is responsible for shipping on defective unit, We Cell Solutions Inc, will pay the shipping on the return item.

If it is necessary to send your merchandise to the manufacturer for repair, it may take between 6-8 weeks for repair and shipment back to our service department.
